About Us

Who We Are

SettleWithGyani is an independent loan settlement and financial resolution brand dedicated to helping borrowers negotiate and resolve debt effectively.

From financial guidance and settlement planning to legal support whenever required, we aim to give borrowers end-to-end assistance through every stage of their case.

Our Legal Association

Working with Settledge Legal

For matters requiring legal guidance, legal documentation, or dispute-related assistance, we work in association with Settledge Legal, an independent law firm.

Both organizations operate independently while collaborating to provide borrowers with comprehensive settlement and legal support — each maintaining its own independent identity.

Why SettleWithGyani

We tell you the honest number before we tell you the good news

§

Case-by-case review, not a template pitch

No two lenders and no two files behave the same way — we assess before we promise anything.

§

Plain-language explanations

Every option, fee and likely timeline is explained upfront in terms you can act on.

§

You stay in the loop

Regular updates over WhatsApp so you're never chasing us for status on your own case.

§

Documentation-first closure

We push for written settlement confirmation — a verbal assurance is not where a case ends.

Before You Start

Settlement isn't for everyone — and that's okay

If you can still service your EMIs with some restructuring, that route usually costs you less in the long run than a settlement mark on your credit history. We'll say so plainly if that's your case, even if it means less work for us.

Questions People Ask First

Before you write in

Does settling a loan hurt my credit score?+

Generally yes — accounts marked "settled" rather than "closed" typically affect your credit history and score. We'll explain what to expect for your specific lender before you decide to proceed.

Do you guarantee a specific settlement amount?+

No. Final settlement figures are decided by the lender, not by us. We negotiate on your behalf and aim for the best realistic outcome, but the amount and acceptance are at the lender's discretion.

Are you a bank, NBFC, or affiliated with RBI?+

No. SettleWithGyani is the financial advisory and debt resolution brand of Settledge Legal. We are not a bank, NBFC, or a body regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, and we do not lend money.

What is Settledge Legal?+

Settledge Legal is our legal partner. SettleWithGyani handles financial advisory and lender negotiation, and where a matter genuinely requires formal legal handling — such as a legal notice — that work is carried out through Settledge Legal.

What do you charge?+

Fees depend on the complexity and number of cases involved and are discussed and agreed with you in writing before any work begins — nothing is deducted or charged silently.

How do I start?+

Message us on WhatsApp with a brief summary of your outstanding loans. We'll ask a few follow-up questions and let you know honestly whether settlement is a fit.

We are not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), collection agency, or a government-regulated authority. We do not disburse, hold, or collect loans on behalf of any lender. For legal guidance and related legal services, SettleWithGyani works in association with Settledge Legal, an independent law firm. 2. No guaranteed outcome. Loan and debt settlement outcomes depend on the lender's internal policy, the borrower's repayment history, and negotiation circumstances specific to each case. SettleWithGyani does not guarantee that any lender will agree to a settlement, restructuring, waiver, or any particular amount, timeline, or removal of adverse credit remarks.
  3. Informational and advisory purpose only. 6. Fees and refunds. Any service fee charged by SettleWithGyani is for advisory and negotiation effort rendered, and is communicated and agreed in writing in advance. Fees are separate from, and in addition to, any amount payable by you to your lender under a settlement.
